This page provides instructions on how to permanently delete your account and associated data from MintPlay (developed by WEING STUDIO LTD).

⚠️ Warning: All your data will be removed permanently and this action cannot be undone.

Step-by-Step Deletion Instructions:

  1. Open the MintPlay app on your device.
  2. Tap on the Settings icon located in the top bar (usually represented by a gear icon ⚙️).
  3. Scroll down to the very bottom of the Settings page.
  4. Tap on the red button labeled "DELETE ACCOUNT".
  5. Confirm your choice when prompted.

What data gets deleted? All personal information, usage history, and account-related data associated with your MintPlay account.

Data retention period: Data is deleted immediately upon confirmation. Some backups may take up to 30 days to be fully removed from our secure systems.
